A new year. A new you.
Clearly defining and writing down your goals is critical in setting realistic, smart new year’s resolutions.
Studies show people who write down their goals accomplish significantly more than those who do not. Engaging more than one sense, such as sight and touch, contribute to better retention of information, making you more likely to stay on track and create good habits. The act of writing also results in a higher likelihood of success and long-term behavior adoption.
