Stick To It! Fitness Consistency

Struggling to stick with your fitness plan? Try these four tips:

MAKE IT CONVENIENT. Choose an activity, time of day, and location that you can fit into your current schedule.
ESTABLISH A ROUTINE. Block out the time on your calendar for exercise and make it a habit.
MAKE EXERCISE A PRIORITY. Don’t leave your workout time to chance. Find a way to fit it in first.
COMBINE FAMILY TIME WITH EXERCISE. Go for a walk, hike, or take a bike ride together.
