Emory Healthy Aging Study team member Sharon Bergquist, MD serves as an expert for Fox 5 News Atlanta, teaching viewers ways to change their bad eating habits.  Studies show that eating salty, sugary, high-fat foods stimulate the reward center in our brains, triggering a rush of the “feel-good chemical” dopamine.
